The Richmond SPCA is one of the few "No-Kill" facilities in the country. They wanted to get the word out to all pet owners to have their animals spayed and/or neutered. Everyone involved in the production of this spot donated their time, talent and services to the project. By the way, the dog pictured here is Freeway. He is no longer with us, so I thought I'd give him his own little Internet memorial.
